Expanded Services for Autism

We are thrilled to announce that this summer the Sonya Ansari Center for Autism will be expanding to another location to house our center based intensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. Presently we provide a small pilot program in the Children's Services building behind LOGAN Center. This program is proving to be very successful as the children are experiencing significant progress. With more families expressing interest, it is time to expand this option.

The intensive ABA program will move to the Bridges Preschool site in Granger. Owner Barb Wind, who is retiring, approached LOGAN about purchasing that facility. After researching that option, the Corporate Board voted to approve this transaction. With basic modifications to tailor the facility to older children, the building, playground and location will prove ideal for our growing program. Other autism services such as 1:1 behavior therapy, social skills classes, recreation and the teen group will remain at the present location within LOGAN Center.
