Berrien County Needs Assessment & Parent Interest Survey

The Sonya Ansari Center for Autism is a regional provider of supportive services to individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. We have been asked to develop services to be provided in Berrien County. Direct community feedback is the most effective way to identify service needs and to highlight any gaps in the current support networks. We are in the process of developing a confidential mailing list specific to Michigan families. Please complete this online survey, or mail a pdf version to the Sonya Ansari Center for Autism, 2505 E.
